The legal trading name of this business is Native Florist and is a New Zealand owned company. Flowers on Bank will be the name that will appear on your bank/credit card statement.

All prices stated on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Whangarei Central Suburbs SAME DAY $15
Available Monday to Friday. For same day delivery, please ensure that your order is placed before 1pm.

Whangarei Outer Suburbs SAME DAY $20
Abbey Caves,  Glenbervie, Kamo, Maunu, Onerahi, Springs Flat, Tikipunga.  Available Monday to Friday. For same day delivery, please ensure that your order is placed before 1pm.

Urgent Delivery +$15
Delivered within the hour –  available for Central & Outer suburbs only.

Whangarei Outer City & Rural $30
Delivery available to most rural areas Tuesday to Saturday.
Hikurangi township, Ruakaka, Waipu and Dargaville, Tuesday to Friday only.  Please order by 1pm at least 1 business day PRIOR to delivery date.

Rest of New Zealand/Interflora $35
Further than our local and rural/region delivery areas your order will be sent via Interflora.

Timed deliveries for Whangarei can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Flowers cannot be delivered to a Post Office box.

If the courier is unable to access a property flowers will be returned to shop at additional cost and will need to be collected by recipient. Please advise prior if you think your delivery will be a problem delivery.

Orders requested for delivery on Public Holidays and Sundays (apart from Mothers Day and Valentines Day) will be delivered on next available working day.

General

Due to seasonal variations we may have to substitute some of the flowers that are pictured. We will do our best to send out flowers which capture the essence, style and colour of your chosen item.

Please feel free to call and discuss this with us as we receive fresh seasonal flowers daily.

For large quantities and particular colours of your favourite flowers it is advisable to order 2 working days in advance to avoid disappointment.

Complaints and refund policy

Any complaints regarding flower condition will need to be made within 24hrs of receiving and will need to be sighted by florist or representative in this period before any remedy or refund can be discussed.
